How do I create a promotional code/ discount code/ coupon for my customer?
You could create a discount coupon for your customers in the "Coupon" menu in the back office and click on the "Add a Discount Coupon" button on the top right corner as illustrated below:
After creating the code, you could adverise it on social media or email it to your customers. There is a field they could key in the discount code when they check out the order on your website.
