Shipping and Return Policies

All products are shipped from our warehouse located in China via Hong Kong.

We provide two different "shipping mode" options for the turnkey stores, i.e. Free Shipping and Paid Shipping. Turnkey store members could choose to offer "Free shipping" to their customers on their website. The details for the respective shipping mode are as follows:

When "Free shipping mode" option is selected for your store, the shipping cost would be pre-added to the product cost. Customers would be given the "free shipping" option when they check out the order and they do not have to pay any shipping fee.

In this shipping mode, all orders would be delivered by E-packet/USPS (for USA) or registered mail (for other countries). The shipping time is about 10 to 20 days for E-packet/USPS and 14 to 30 days for registered mail.

If the customers want to have a shorter delivery time, they could select the expedited shipping methods and just top up the difference according to the shipping fee displayed on the cart.


If you select "Paid shipping mode" option for your store, customers would have to select the shipping method and pay for the shipping fee when they check out the order.

Shipping Fee Calculations

Shipping fee is calculated according to the weight of the order. Below are the estimated shipping rates for different countries/areas for reference:

  • G = kilogram

  • Shipping fee is calculated  based on the dimensional weight for goods that are packed in box.

  • Goods that are shipped in  shipping bags are calculated based on actual weight.

  • Goods up to 2kg (4.4lbs) which  are not bulky could be shipped via shipping bags.


Note: For "Free Shipping" mode, the expedited shipping fee would be reduced significantly because the shipping cost has been pre-added to the product cost. If you have any question regarding the shipping fee, please contact our customer service at sales@turnkeymaster.com.

Note: Under the "Free shipping" mode, any order with more than 3 items would automatically be uograded to expedited shipping.

Return Policy

Most items purchased from our website may be exchanged or returned within 7 days from the date of receipt.

  • Products with quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service by email at support@turnkeymaster.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Turnkeymaster.com would be responsible for the return shipping fee incurred.

  • Products with no quality-related issues may be returned for a refund or exchange by contacting Customer Service within 7 days of receiving your order. You will be responsible for all return shipping fees incurred. If you are not sure about the correct sizing, you could send us an email to inquire about the sizing before ordering.

Terms and conditions for returned items:

  1. Products returned for exchange or refund must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Returned products with any sign of being worn or washed are classified as unacceptable and will not be refunded.

  2. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of used lingerie.

  3. We would be responsible for the shipping charge incurred for products with quality-related issues only. Customer would be responsible for the shipping charge incurred for products with other issues such as color, sizing and preference.

  4. You must take photos on the defects and email them to support@turnkeymaster.com for our verification within 7 days of receiving the items in order for the items to be returned.

  5. When sending a return or exchange, it is recommended that you ship the items with express shipping such as UPS, DHL or Fedex that offers a tracking method. If you do not use a courier that offers a way to track the package or offers a return receipt request, our company cannot be held responsible for non-receipt of the return goods. Please email our support to request for the return shipping address.

  6. Return items could be shipped to the designated address given by our customer service after the due verification process is completed.

  7. Credits would be issued within 14 days of receipt of the item. Please include the original order number in the return parcel for us to expedite the process of issuing the credit.

  8. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The shipping and handling charges are not refundable but we will not deduct any further cost for the return.
