How do I know whether an order is placed on my website?

You would need to login to your admin panel to check whether an order has been placed on your website. You would also receive notification email from your payment gateway company once payment has been made for an order placed.

Once an order is placed on your website, it will be set to a default order status or a specified status, depending on the payment module setting. Before you confirm an order, usually you need to check the following information:

  1. Is the shipping address correct?

  2. Is the payment settled successfully (check with the payment gateway to confirm)?

  3. If the order is placed but no payment is received, what is the reason?
